Refunds

This policy applies to orders delivered in Ireland.

Returns are not accepted. Exchanges are not accepted. The fudge is made to order and is perishable food, so we cannot take packs back or swap flavours after they leave the cottage.

If a parcel arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to hello@grannybyrnes.com with a photo. That is a quality complaint, not a return.
